Beginning in 2026, we will progressively introduce our Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) framework. This staged rollout will strengthen how we work together and will include:
- Clear expectations for engagement, communication, and collaboration
- A stronger focus on performance measurement and continuous improvement
- Defined standards for sustainability and responsible procurement
- Consistent governance through structured meetings and business reviews
- Digital enablement through SAP Ariba to enhance transparency and performance management
We view this as a shared journey and an opportunity to further elevate the way we partner.
Existing suppliers will be engaged by their Category Manager as the framework is introduced. No immediate action is required.
New suppliers will receive the relevant information as part of the onboarding process.
